Accessibility statement

Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse are committed to making their website accessible to everyone, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act and the RGAA (WCAG 2.1 level AA).

Conformance status

The Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse website is partially compliant with RGAA 4.1 (equivalent to EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA), in accordance with the European Accessibility Act.

Test results

An automated audit (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A and AA) runs continuously on the main page types (home, directory, merchant page, trade, information, news…) and reports no violations. It is complemented by manual checks: keyboard navigation, tab order, visible focus, screen readers, contrast, 200% zoom, reduced motion. A full manual RGAA audit (106 criteria) by a third party is planned to certify full compliance.

Accessibility features

  • Accessibility widget (enhanced contrast, text size, link underlines, reduced motion).
  • Full keyboard navigation and skip-to-content link.
  • AA-compliant contrast in light and dark themes, several colour palettes.
  • Alternative text on informative images and a hierarchical heading structure.
  • Respects the system 'reduced motion' preference.

Technologies used

HTML5, WAI-ARIA and CSS. Compliance relies on these technologies.

Non-accessible content

Some embedded interactive maps (Google Maps) come from third parties and may have limitations beyond our control; the address and directions are also provided as text. Report any inaccessible content and we will offer an alternative.
