The temple of Lyonnaise gastronomy and a must-stop for food lovers, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse embody the excellence of French gastronomy. Under a single roof, more than 60 passionate merchants — including several Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) — carry on time-honoured craftsmanship: butchers, charcutiers, cheesemongers, oyster shuckers, pastry chefs, wine merchants and caterers. Quenelles, Lyonnaise charcuterie, machon and andouillette: a true gourmet pilgrimage, under the patronage of Paul Bocuse.
