CaterersStall 2
Fine Lebanese cooking, generous and made to be shared
House founded in 2012

Maison depuis 2012
Aklé, which means "fine cooking" in Lebanese, was born in 2012 from the desire to share a love of Lebanon and its rich, generous table. The adventure began on the streets of Lyon with a food truck, soon becoming the herald of a cuisine made for sharing, where the flavours of the Near East are discovered and rediscovered from square to square and neighbourhood to neighbourhood.
Over the years, the house has put down roots in Lyon, opening several venues true to its spirit: a mezze counter on rue Paul Bert, an event catering business and, of course, its gourmet stall at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. Everywhere, the same commitment: homemade cooking, prepared fresh each morning with carefully chosen produce and faithful to recipes handed down through the generations.
At Les Halles Paul Bocuse, on the Lafayette side, Aklé offers its cold and hot mezze, its skewers, its desserts and its aperitif platters to take away, along with a fine delicatessen featuring Lebanese spices, oils, olives and wines. A daily invitation to travel, within the gastronomic showcase of the Lyon market.
