Aux 4 saisons is the greengrocer's stall of the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, run by the Lyon-based brand Cerise et Potiron. For nearly thirty years, this independent house from the Rhône valley has woven a network of neighbourhood shops devoted to fruit and vegetables, all sharing the same standard: to put fresh produce and the greengrocer's craft back at the heart of the table.

Beneath the gastronomic market hall at 102 cours Lafayette, the team composes a living display every morning, attuned to the season and the day's deliveries. Sun-ripened fruits, vegetables of the day, mushrooms, herbs and exceptional products sit side by side in a generous arrangement, designed to delight the eye as much as the palate.

Here, expertise lies in advice and selection: varieties are chosen at peak ripeness, organic and sustainable crops are favoured, and the customer is guided towards the right product at the right moment. This care has been recognised by the trade, the brand having been honoured among the regional laureates of the Talents des fruits et légumes.
