Bouillet

Born in the Croix-Rousse district in 1977 under the impetus of Henri and Ginette Bouillet, the house turned the art of indulgence into a true Lyonnais way of life. In 2000, their son Sébastien Bouillet, trained alongside the greatest Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, took up the torch and infused the brand with a resolutely contemporary creativity, marrying bold flavours with the precision of the artisan's hand.

A member of the prestigious Relais Desserts association, which brings together the greatest names in pastry, Sébastien Bouillet has carried the house far beyond its original walls. Today, the brand shines through a dozen boutiques across Lyon and its region, and all the way to Tokyo, never relinquishing its commitment to a fully mastered savoir-faire, from the Miribel workshop to the display case.

Since 2016, the Bouillet house has held its stall at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, the natural showcase of Lyonnais gastronomy. Here you will find the house's signature universe: macarons in inventive flavours, finely crafted chocolates, graphic entremets and seasonal ice creams, so many creations that make this counter an essential stop for lovers of exceptional sweets.
