Lyonnaise charcuterie in the great Cellerier tradition
House founded in 1890

La grande tradition Cellerier
The Cellerier saga began in 1890, when Hilaire Cellerier sold his cheeses at the markets of Vénissieux. Generation after generation, the family built, stone by stone, an expertise in flavour that today makes Maison Cellerier one of the undisputed benchmarks of Lyonnaise gastronomy.
At Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, the house showcases its craftsmanship across several complementary stalls: cheese shop, charcuterie and traiteur. The charcuterie counter carries this family heritage forward with a selection of carefully chosen products and Lyonnaise specialities served with the deepest respect for tradition.
Saucissons, hams, terrines, pâtés and fine charcuterie sit alongside the emblematic recipes of Lyon. Every product reflects the standards of a house that, for more than one hundred and thirty years, has placed quality and expert guidance at the heart of its craft.
Present at 102 cours Lafayette as well as in several outlets across the Lyon metropolitan area, Maison Cellerier carries on a gourmet art of living in which a love of fine produce is passed from counter to counter.
