CaterersStall 50
A gourmet journey into the heart of Italy, signed Maison Cellerier
House founded in 1890

L'Italie aux Halles
Ciao Ciao is the Italian name of Maison Cellerier, a family-run Lyon house whose story has been passed down from generation to generation since 1890. Drawing on renowned cheese-making and catering expertise, the Cellerier family has made the selection of the finest products a true signature, present at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse as well as at several addresses across the city.
Under the Ciao Ciao name, the whole of Italian gastronomy unfolds. The stall invites you on a journey through the regions of Italy, from the Mediterranean to the Veneto, from Naples to Rome, from Piedmont to Sicily, by way of Tuscany, Puglia, Sardinia and the Aosta Valley. Each product is chosen for its authenticity and for staying true to the taste of its native terroir.
On the counter, antipasti and fine cured meats sit alongside mozzarella and burrata, truffle ham, fresh and filled pasta, risottos, gnocchi and ready-made dishes such as osso buco or lasagne. Connoisseurs will also find a fine range of cheeses — pecorino, Parmesan, mascarpone, gorgonzola — as well as panettone, pastries, condiments and a cellar of Italian aperitifs and wines.
At Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, Ciao Ciao carries forward the spirit of the "belly of Lyon" by bringing in la dolce vita: a convivial counter where you can put together your menu, choose a cured meat, a cheese or a dish of the day, and take a little piece of Italy home with you.
