Indulgence as a Lyonnais art of living
House founded in 2005

La maison de Romaric Boilley
Founded in 2005 by chef Romaric Boilley and his wife, Délices des Sens established itself within a few years among the most sought-after pastry and chocolate houses in Lyon. Guided by a single watchword, indulgence, the chef crafts creations in which authenticity and originality intertwine to offer, with every tasting, an emotion brimming with flavour.
Everything is made on site, in tune with the seasons, by a chef and his team driven by the same passion for taste and craftsmanship. Romaric Boilley selects his ingredients with exacting standards, favouring the region, to give rise to pastries bursting with fresh fruit, velvety creams and chocolates of bold character.
Over time, the house has broadened its world to bakery, ice cream and catering, without ever abandoning the artisanal spirit that built its reputation. Its stall at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse is the natural extension of this pursuit of excellence, at the heart of Lyon's temple of gastronomy.
A Halles institution, Délices des Sens shares its signatures there, from the praline tart to macarons with delicate flavours, perpetuating a certain idea of Lyonnais pastry, at once generous and refined.
