Flavours of the South and Armenia, at the heart of the Halles
House founded in 2020

La maison
Inch'ka is the table of the Bahadourian house, a Lyon institution of Oriental grocery born in La Guillotière in 1929 at the impulse of Djebraïl Bahadourian, an Armenian merchant. Three generations later, the family has extended this mastery of spices and produce from the South into a restaurant set within Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse.
On its terrace as at its table, Inch'ka offers a true journey through the flavours of the Mediterranean and the Orient. The cooking celebrates spices worked at length: karni yarek, aubergines stuffed with meat, or guinea fowl pastilla with dates make up a menu glowing with the warm colours of the South.
The experience does not end on the plate: the spices and products tasted at the restaurant are found just across the way, on the Bahadourian stall of the Halles, to take back home. A gourmet bridge that links the table to the grocery and carries on, at the counter of Les Halles Paul Bocuse, the heritage of a house emblematic of Lyon.
