Le Comptoir Gueuleton

Born in 2012 in the South-West of France, Gueuleton is, above all, a story of friendship and gathering around the table. The house brings together a family of bons vivants devoted to the simple pleasure of sharing: a fine board, a glass of a winegrower's wine, and time that stretches out around the counter. From the first restaurant opened in the Lot-et-Garonne to a name now present in several French cities, the spirit has never changed.

In Lyon, Gueuleton first set its tables on rue Molière before settling its counter in the heart of Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse in early 2023. Within the temple of Lyon gastronomy, the house found its natural playground: a lively place devoted to taste and conviviality, where you come to nibble and share a drink among friends.

Le Comptoir cultivates a deliberately cheeky atmosphere, faithful to the house's DNA. Here you graze on the aperitif classics that built its reputation: terrines, pâtés en croûte, aged charcuterie, cheeses and œufs mayonnaise, all escorted by well-chosen wines and a local beer. A gourmet, no-fuss stopover, in the image of the bons vivants for whom every meal deserves to be celebrated.
